Physicians Health Choice — a Medicare Advantage organization that emphasizes pro-active, preventative care by providing more choices and benefits than original Medicare — is pleased to announce it is partnering with Silver Life Fitness to offer free fitness classes geared specifically to older adults in the Rio Grande Valley (including the major cities of McAllen, Brownsville and Harlingen), Corpus Christi and Austin, Texas.
Members of Physicians Health Choice can now enjoy several fitness classes at multiple senior centers in the Austin, Corpus Christi and Rio Grande Valley areas as a free benefit. The program is designed to make fitness fun and build friendships while developing cardiovascular/muscular strength, endurance and flexibility. Participants can enjoy:

Silver Life Fitness is a progressive fitness and educational program tailored to active older adults. Offered free of charge to Physicians Health Choice members, this program is dedicated to improving the quality of life by providing a total wellness approach geared to healthy living. The program includes aerobic, strength, coordination, endurance and flexibility classes led by trained instructors. In addition, certain locations may offer exercise equipment and other group activities.
